Mr. Haymour has headed our litigation department for over 8 years. Yousef is a member of our litigation department. He brings on impressive knowledge of real-estate and land related laws, with special emphasis on foreclosure and enforcement proceedings. He is also conversant with civil and commercial proceedings before all levels of courts in Jordan.

Mr. Taqieddin's expertise is heavily focused on areas of banking disputes involving loan agreements, perfecting and executing security as well as foreclosure lawsuits. He is also deeply conversant with civil and personal matters such as wills, inheritance and civil law proceedings.

Mr. Safi is highly qualified in all areas of law concerning real estate and property, including perfecting and executing land mortgage deeds, advising on ownership of property and laws relating to the use and sharing of such property.
