The senior partner Mr. Omar Nabulsi held several cabinet posts, ranging from Minister of the Economy to Minister of Labor, and was formerly a senator and member of the Jordanian Senate's Legal Committee, as well an ambassador to the United Kingdom and to the Netherlands. Mr. Nabulsi was admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 1977 and holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. degrees from Cairo University. Mr. Nabulsi also served as a conciliator and arbitrator on the Panel of the World Bank (ICSID) and a chairman and member of arbitral tribunals in several international cases under the ICC Rules and UNCITRAL.

Mr. Zaid Nabulsi has been a partner in Nabulsi & Associates since 1994, and has been involved in all matters relating to corporate clients and foreign investment.
